Further to my email yesterday (“How long does it take to build a cash-based practice?”), I’ve received a lot of questions like this one from Dr. Mendocha:
“Mr. Jacobs, this sounds like an interesting direction, and one I’ve considered for a few years. However, don’t understand how a second website will help me attract patients vs. insurance clients. Can you expand?”
It’s actually pretty simple.
Patients (i.e. those who want to hand over cash and receive a higher level of treatment and care) are having a different conversation about healthcare.
And so when they visit your website, they’re expecting to see something completely different – i.e. they have different questions and concerns.
What do I mean by that?
Rather than try to explain through text, I’ve recorded a short (4-minute) podcast that explains how marketing to and attracting cash-paying concierge patients requires a completely different mindset and strategy.
